About project
About project

A vibrant, new purpose-built tech campus located in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood

The two buildings at 114 East 4th Avenue and 110 East 5th Avenue forming the Main Alley Campus provide a dynamic mixed-use development that includes programming for light industrial uses, digital entertainment/information communication technology, enhanced public realm, and laneway activation.

The campus includes generous amenity areas that flow between indoor spaces and outdoor landscaped roof decks taking full advantage of views of the mountains and ocean.

The architectural language for the buildings, along with the design of the public realm and links with the overall campus, creates a cohesive visual identity and unique destination experience. The buildings are designed to the highest sustainable standards and will achieve LEED® Gold status.
