About project
About project

Dramatically transforms the former St. John’s Rail Terminal in Hudson Square

Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the project re-imagines the former St. John’s Rail Terminal into a 12-story commercial building in Hudson Square. The 1,300,000 sf project will provide 740,000 gsf of high-performance office space, retail, and ground floor event space.

The modern offices will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, planted roofs and recessed terraces, 100,000 square-foot floor plates, and waterfront access.

Sculpted within the setbacks of New York City’s ‘sky exposure plane’, the building’s rooftop and terraces will offer singular views of the Hudson River and City skyline.
