About project
About project

Dramatically transforms the former St. John’s Rail Terminal in Hudson Square

Designed by CookFox Architects, the project reimagines the former St. John’s Rail Terminal as a 12-story commercial building in Hudson Square. The 1,300,000-square-foot project will provide 740,000 gross square feet of high-performance office space, retail, and ground floor event space.

The modern offices feature floor-to-ceiling windows, planted roofs and recessed terraces, 100,000-square-foot floor plates, and waterfront access.

Sculpted within the setbacks of New York City’s "sky exposure plane," the building’s rooftop and terraces offer singular views of the Hudson River and City skyline.
