About project
About project

Situated on Canada Square, the main public space of the Canary Wharf development

This 42-storey tower contains over one million square feet of leaseable space including approximately 100,000 square feet of trading area on the first two floors housing more than 900 Traders; a 30,000 square foot server farm/computer centre; and 42 floors of communications technology rooms.

The building is outfitted with advanced BAS and BMS controls, high-security systems, and access flooring through-out. Floorplates were designed to accept both perimeter offices and flex space throughout while maximizing usable space.

The tower’s curtain wall continues free of the building envelope over the last several floors, a design innovation that necessitated a rigorous technical analysis.
