About project

The San Francisco Flower Mart is posed to be the Bay Area’s most sought after creative workplace environments

Located in the Central SoMA district, the new urban mixed-use campus of the Flower Mart brings together the best elements of Silicon Valley and San Francisco in one unique locale. A new generation of users, who expect a high level of amenities and large office floorplates for their competitive workforce, along with an urban lifestyle, will find a new home that exceeds expectations in the project. The design builds on the identity of the Flower Mart, creating a unique and authentic urban space which will set the new standard for development in San Francisco.

The project comprises three buildings — the 19-story Blocks Building; the 9-story Market Hall which combines office, retail, and restaurants; and the new 17-story Gate Way office tower — along with dynamically programmed public spaces that extend the Flower Mart beyond the confines of its border. A rich urban experience of market, retail, and outdoor plazas joined with vivid, bright, and bursting landscape elements define a powerfully branded sense of place.
