About project

The San Francisco Flower Mart is poised to be the Bay Area’s most sought after creative workplace environments.

Located in the Central SoMA district, the new urban mixed-use campus of the Flower Mart brings together the best elements of Silicon Valley and San Francisco in one unique location that is set to be one of the Bay Area’s most sought after creative workplace environments. A new generation of users, who expect a high level of amenities and large office floorplates, will find a new home that exceeds expectations in the project. The design builds on the identity of the Flower Mart, creating a unique and authentic urban space that will set the new standard for development in San Francisco.

The project comprises three buildings – the 19-story Blocks Building; the nine-story Market Hall which combines office, retail, and restaurant; and the new 17-story Gate Way office tower. Dynamically programmed public spaces extend the Flower Mart beyond the confines of its border. The project’s rich urban experience of market, retail, and outdoor plazas with vivid and bright landscaping, defines a powerfully branded sense of place.
