About project

Located in Mississauga’s new Meadowvale Business Park, Microsoft’s state-of-the-art design and advanced telecommunication systems reflect the company’s reputation in leading-edge technology.

Complete with wireless technology, advanced telecommunications systems, and energy-efficiency such as the technical distribution systems, raised floor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

The design features creative landscaping utilizing green space in both indoor and outdoor amenity areas. The floor plate offers extreme flexibility, at 400 feet long and 100 feet wide, it is perfect to accommodate a large range of layouts. Floor-to-ceiling windows along with open glass in the stairwells ensure plenty of natural light penetrates the building.
