About project
About project

A globally connected gateway into the city and a new home for forward-thinking businesses and brands

Designed by Renzo Piano Building  Workshop, this 18-storey cubic building comprises 14 office floors that will provide high-performance working spaces for more than 4,000 people, bringing valuable employment opportunities to the Paddington area. The remaining floors will accommodate retail,  restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops.

The project aims at regenerating a previously neglected site into a world-class gateway to Bakerloo tube station, one of London’s most historic stations. This generous piece of cityscape, with clearly articulated lines to existing and newly created destinations, will provide natural and instinctive way-finding through the site. The scheme will benefit not just the thousands of travelers that use the station daily, but also provide a sense of place and a destination to local residents.
