About project
About project

Located at the heart of Hudson Yards, adjacent to the the northern end of the High Line, this 65-story commercial high-rise is designed to promote well-being with ample light, fresh air, and biophilia. Taking inspiration from the classic Manhattan step-back, the tower is defined by the landscaped terraces that zigzag around the building from base to top, carving a subtle vertical taper into a rectangular form.

The terraces provide each floor with verdant outdoor space that connects to multi-floor atria, offering distinctive meeting areas and dynamic workspace flow. Open floor plans support flexible configurations, while high ceilings and virtually column-free floor plates provide uninterrupted views of Manhattan.

The Spiral’s 30-foot lobby fronts Hudson Boulevard, serving to extend access to urban green space and offering generous ground-floor retail amenities.

As part of Manhattan’s first LEED Gold neighborhood, the Spiral incorporates an array of sustainable features and is LEED Gold certified.
