About project
About project

The Well is a new mixed-use development spanning more than seven-and-a-half acres in downtown Toronto

Comprised of seven buildings, a common retail podium and five levels of below-grade — all linked by a glass-covered pedestrian public realm — the Well offers more than four million square feet of office, residential, retail and leisure space.

A new 36-storey office building at the intersection of Front and Spadina marks the gateway into the new neighbourhood. New promenades link existing pocket parks to a retail-oriented pedestrian thoroughfare that crosses the development, bringing a mix of international chains, independent boutiques, and restaurant patios.
