A Senior Associate at our Los Angeles office, Dan recently served as Project Manager for the Eight, an office tower in Bellevue, Washington, featuring over 500,000 square feet of Class A office space and 10,000 square feet of ground-level retail. He was previously a Project Manager for a major mixed-use campus in Boise, Idaho, which included a hybrid community center and a corporate headquarters building, as well as a total of 300,000 square feet of below-grade parking across multiple phases. More recently, Dan has taken on an administrative and project management role on the One Beverly Hills development.
Prior to joining Adamson in 2011, Dan spent time at Gehry Partners, as well as at Greg Lynn Form, where he developed strong design skills and expertise in fabricating highly intricate and complex physical models. He also brings to our team extensive experience in client communications, design consultation and formulation, and project scheduling and management, as well as an in-depth knowledge of building codes, construction types, drawing, and detailing development.
Dan has extensive experience in 3D applications and the use of physical modeling tools. His design experience includes the development of several large-scale projects with complex programmatic and design concepts, including museums, resorts, hotels, offices, and mixed-use developments.
