Jack Cusimano is a Senior Associate and Senior Contract Administrator with more than 35 years of experience

Jack Cusimano is responsible for the overall performance of our contract administration team, setting conformance standards and ensuring that quality and time targets are achieved. Jack’s expertise is based on more than 35 years of experience in contract administration and project management on numerous large-scale, high profile projects in the Greater Toronto Area and the National Capital Region.

From 1998 to 2007, Jack played an instrumental role in the Toronto Pearson International Airport redevelopment project. As the Contract Administrator and Site Manager for Airport Architects Canada (a joint venture comprising Adamson Associates Architects, Skidmore Owings Merrill International Ltd., and Moshe Safdie Associates Ltd.), Jack was the key liaison with all the Authorities Having Jurisdiction and was responsible for facilitating resolution with cost or contract disputes on this $1.8 billion project. He was also tasked with overseeing civil works and architectural construction to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications and acted as the senior liaison between site and design teams.

In the past decade, Jack has been the Senior Contractor Administrator on a wide range of institutional and commercial projects including the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at the University of Toronto; the Thunder Bay Consolidated Courthouse; the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital; The Well mixed-use development in Toronto; and a new commercial office tower in Chicago, Illinois.
