Richard Hall

Senior Associate

Richard is a Senior Associate in our New York office

Richard’s three decades of experience encompasses a wide range of building types and scales, and projects around the globe. Since joining AAI in 2012, he has worked as a Project Architect on the renovation and modernization of 5 Manhattan West, a project that includes commercial workspace, as well as a street-level retail component. More recently he played the same role in the transformation of St. John’s Terminal into Google’s New York headquarters, and for Tower 2 at the World Trade Center Redevelopment.

A member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), Richard was previously an associate and senior technical coordinator with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in New York, where he contributed to a wide range of large-scale international projects, including the U.S. Embassy in Ghana, the Mumbai Maker Maxity Hotels in India, the King Abdullah Financial District Muqarnas Tower in Saudi Arabia, the Qatar Petroleum Commercial project in Doha, and the Hill County Special Economic Zone office building in Hyderabad, India (winner of a 2009 Global Holcim Award).
