Through her contributions to notable projects like One Manhattan Square and 550 Madison Avenue, Lan has developed exceptional skills in the coordination and development of complex geometries, as well as a deep understanding of BIM and its integration with project schedule deliverables. For the 50 Hudson Yards supertall office tower, her role as BIM coordinator included the set-up, organization, and structure of the model and the management of BIM standards with various consultants through the life of the project.
As a Team Leader for Rolex’s new flagship and the Sunset Pier 94 Studios, both in Manhattan, Lan has taken on a range of responsibilities relevant to project schedule, technical coordination, and documentation. A registered architect in the state of New York, she brings to her projects a deep knowledge of building, life safety, and accessibility codes, as well as a special interest in green architecture and sustainable design. A graduate of Iowa State University, she holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the institution.
