Richard joined Adamson Associates in 2000, shortly after graduating from Sheridan College. Since then, he has gained significant experience as a team leader on a wide range of projects, including commercial, corporate, cultural, and retail buildings. He is highly skilled in building information modelling and detailing in Revit and has particular expertise in complex cladding systems.
Among the notable projects Richard has contributed to are 4 World Trade Center and the Hearst Tower renovation in New York, the Toronto Pearson International Airport New Terminal Development, and, in London, 20 Fenchurch Street, the Wimbledon Media Pavilion, and the One & Five Bank Street commercial development.
In recent years, Richard has developed extensive experience with tall residential towers, including One Park Drive and Newfoundland Tower in London, both of which have distinct and challenging facades. His ongoing work includes a third London residential tower and a major live-work development in Toronto.
