Nicholas joined our team in 2025, taking on a technical coordination role in our Miami projects. His years of industry experience include 12 years working with two prominent New York practices, contributing to projects in various sectors, including life sciences and commercial office towers. His previous experience also included residential planning, construction documentation, technical coordination and detailing, and construction administration.
Detail-oriented and curious, Nicholas is able to translate complex designs from documentation to construction, ultimately balancing the competing demands of cost, function, and technical requirements to bring the client’s vision to reality.
His project roles have included such responsibilities as running coordination meetings with the larger consultant team; maintaining day-to-day contact with the client, consultants, and construction manager; and supervising the preparation of technical drawings. He helps to ensure comprehensive QA/QC processes are maintained for projects office-wide, while sharing his technical expertise and mentoring junior staff.
