Bill Bradley has more than 40 years of professional experience. His strength is in managing and coordinating large-scale projects with complex programme requirements and sophisticated building systems and technologies.
Bill's expertise is evidenced in his leadership of projects such as the Toronto Pearson International Airport Terminal redevelopment valued at $1.8 billion and the $2 billion, 6,000,000 sf MGM CityCenter, a mixed-use urban development project in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. Other notable experience includes the Bay Adelaide Centre - East and North Tower office development in Toronto’s financial district, The Well mixed-use development in Toronto, the Salesforce Transit Center in San Francisco, California, and the Oakridge Centre Redevelopment in Vancouver, BC.
Bill’s project involvement is at a senior management level. He works directly with the Client, Project Manager, and Design Architects and assumes overall responsibility for successful project delivery.
