Claudina Sula is a former Partner with Adamson Associates Architects, who brings to the team more than 35 years of experience in the design and management of a diverse range of projects.
Her particular strength is in the management of complex institutional projects with large, multidisciplinary teams. Her portfolio encompasses a wide range of project types and scales — ranging from master planning and renewal studies, renovations and retrofits, to large-scale institutional projects.
In recent years, Claudina has led several projects for Infrastructure Ontario, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the AFP (Alternative Finance and Procurement) Process and DBFM (Design Build Finance and Maintain) delivery models.
Clients respond favourably to Claudina’s vigorous management style which enables her to deliver these complex projects successfully within frequently aggressive timelines and restricted budgets.
She holds a Master of Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. She has garnered awards for both design excellence and for academic achievement.
