David Mecham has more than 20 years of professional experience. Over the years, David has accumulated an expansive breadth of knowledge in commercial, residential, and retail projects covering all stages of development from concept to completion.
Prior to joining our team, he was a Design Manager at Bovis Lend Lease where he worked on New Court, the Rothschild London Headquarters designed by Rem Koolhaas (OMA) as well as Central Saint Giles, a mixed-use development in Central London designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop. From 2000 to 2005, David worked as a Design Manager and Team Leader with HOK International Limited.
His proactive and professional attitude towards collaboration between the project design team and contractors ensures that our projects are seamlessly coordinated, meticulously detailed, and delivered within budget.
Since joining Adamson, David has contributed his talents to the Battersea Residential and Retail development and the 20 Fenchurch commercial office tower.
