Alan has over 25 years of experience in construction and architectural practice. Throughout the course of his career, he has worked in a wide range of capacities — Design Manager, Senior Project Manager, Design Coordinator, Interior Designer, Property Surveyor and Draughtsman, and Site Engineer.
Over the course of Alan’s career, he has worked in Hong Kong; Kuala Lumpur; and for the past 15 years, in London, where he has held the positions of Project Manager for Adamson Associates (International) Limited (2000-2004); Design Manager for St. James Homes Ltd. (2004-2006); Design Manager for Bovis Lend Lease (2006-2007); and Design Manager for Wood Wharf Partnership (2007-2009). In 2009, he rejoined Adamson. He was made a Director in 2011 and a Principal in 2014.
Alan’s strength is in defining project objectives and coordinating large, multi-disciplinary consultant teams to ensure that these objectives are met in a timely fashion. He works closely with clients to deal with issues relating to the Designers’ aspirations and Clients’ needs to achieve good value.
